1. About Studworks and agreement to these Terms

By placing an order with Studworks, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, and our Return and Refund Policy, which form part of your purchase agreement. Please review these policies before completing your purchase.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information. Any consent required for optional marketing or cookies is requested separately.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Purchases made through this website are purchases from Studworks.

Nothing in these Terms or our policies limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

2. Using our store

You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase or have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase on your behalf.

You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

You must not use our website for fraud, unlawful activities, harassment, or infringement of another person’s rights. You must not introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation of the store.

3. Products and descriptions

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and availability information. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings.

Accessories and display items shown in photographs are included only when expressly listed in the product description.

Please review each product’s description, dimensions, included items, and safety information before purchasing. Contact support@studworks.us if you need clarification.

Our building sets contain small parts and are not suitable for children under three years old. Follow the age recommendations, instructions, and warnings provided with each product.

4. Prices and payment

Prices and the currency used for payment are shown at checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes collected by us are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Your bank or payment provider may apply separate currency conversion or transaction fees.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes do not alter the agreed price of an accepted order.

5. Orders and availability

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Please check the information and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.

If a product becomes unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or we discover a material error affecting your order, we will contact you. We will not substitute a product or charge a higher price without your agreement.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund payments collected for the unfulfilled items, including applicable taxes and shipping charges attributable to those items. If the entire order is canceled, we will refund the entire amount paid.

6. Order changes and cancellations

To request a change or cancellation, email support@studworks.us with your order number as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once processing or shipment has begun. If your order has shipped, our Return and Refund Policy applies.

This does not limit cancellation rights available under applicable law.

7. Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery is 8–16 days after your order ships. This estimate does not include the time needed to process and prepare your order.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Your destination, customs clearance, holidays, and carrier delays may affect delivery.

We will contact you if we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order. Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout. For delayed, missing, or damaged shipments, contact support@studworks.us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

8. International orders

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or import taxes.

Charges collected by Studworks will be shown at checkout. Where permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for import charges assessed by your destination’s authorities that were not collected at checkout.

Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about international shipping or potential charges.

9. Return eligibility

Our voluntary return guarantee allows you to request a return within 14 days of delivery if:

• The product’s original packaging remains unopened; or

• The product arrived damaged or defective.

Opening the outer shipping carton does not by itself make a return ineligible. Damaged or defective products may qualify even if their product packaging has been opened.

For eligible returns, you may choose a full refund for the returned product or a replacement of the same product. Replacements are subject to availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund.

These conditions apply to our voluntary guarantee. They do not restrict mandatory cancellation rights, rights relating to faulty goods, or other protections available under applicable law.

10. Return instructions and shipping costs

Contact support@studworks.us with your order number to request a return. For damaged or defective products, please provide a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs of the product and packaging.

We will provide a prepaid return label and the correct return address. Please contact us before mailing a return rather than using the sender address printed on the original shipment.

You must hand the return package to the carrier within 14 days after receiving the return label and instructions. Keep your proof of shipment.

Studworks pays eligible return shipping costs. We also cover shipping for approved replacement products. No restocking fee applies to eligible returns.

11. Refund amounts and timing

If you return your entire order, an eligible refund includes the returned products, applicable taxes, and the original shipping charge paid to Studworks.

If you return only part of an order, an eligible refund includes the returned products and applicable taxes. The original shipping charge is not refunded.

Studworks pays eligible return shipping in both cases. These rules apply unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We will inspect your return within 3 business days of receiving it. If approved, we will issue your refund within 5 business days after inspection, and no later than 8 business days after receiving the return.

If we agree that you do not need to return a product, we will issue an approved refund within 5 business days of confirming that decision.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds after we issue the refund.

For these processing deadlines, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Any shorter deadline required by applicable law takes priority.

12. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your sign in details secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may restrict account or website access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, or serious misuse. Restrictions do not remove your rights relating to existing purchases.

13. Intellectual property and affiliation

Original Studworks branding, text, graphics, and other content are owned by Studworks or used with permission. Commercial reproduction requires permission unless otherwise allowed by law.

Third party trademarks and vehicle names belong to their respective owners. References to them do not indicate sponsorship, endorsement, or an official partnership unless expressly stated.

Studworks is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the LEGO Group. LEGO is a trademark of the LEGO Group.

14. Reviews and submissions

Reviews must reflect your honest experience. Content you submit must not contain unlawful material, private information about others, or material you do not have permission to use.

By submitting a review for publication, you give us nonexclusive permission to display it in connection with the relevant product or our store. You retain ownership of your content.

We may remove spam, abusive material, or content that violates these Terms. We will not remove a review solely because it expresses a negative opinion.

15. Privacy and third party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared.

Third party websites and services linked from our store may have their own terms and privacy practices. Those providers are responsible for their services, but their involvement does not remove our obligations to you as the seller.

16. Website availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care in operating our website, but temporary interruptions, technical errors, or maintenance may occur.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, limits mandatory rights relating to defective products, or excludes any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. We remain responsible for fulfilling our obligations under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from using any complaint procedure, regulator, or court available to you under applicable law.

Updates apply prospectively. Unless required by law or agreed with you, changes will not alter the terms governing an order already placed.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
