Behind the build
Nissan Silvia S15
The S15 was the last car to wear the Nissan Silvia name. It went on sale in Japan in 1999 with sharper styling and, in Spec-R form, a 2.0-litre turbocharged engine making about 250 horsepower, sent to the rear wheels. Its light weight and balanced handling made it a favorite for drifting, both on track and in video games. Production ended in 2002, which helped make it one of the most wanted Japanese sports cars today.
